Clever Dexter Challenge #2 feat. Polkadoodles Stamps

Image
Hello everyone and welcome to this month's Clever Dexter Challenge! Every month we partner with a sponsor to bring you crafty inspiration and a chance to win a prize. This month's Sponsor is Polkadoodles , and we were given 3 images to work with and create fun projects to share with all of you. I am using the Ruby Prom digital stamp set. Colored with Arrtx Alcohol Markers, I decided to prop this fun Prom "queen" over a shaker embellished card. A quick and easy way to create shaker cards, is by using self sealing bags. No fuss or hassles, just fun creating! Prop the card cover over the shaker using foam tape, and you're set! Make sure to visit the Clever Dexter Challenge #2 Blog Post , so you can get all the details on how to enter. There's 2 weeks left to participate,  so make sure to get your entries in! Happy crafting! Eny Dunn

The possibilities are endless. For todays project,  I will be using  IMG#533 Creepy Cute Zombie Hearts and Hands. I begin by printing my image on white smooth cardstock. I will be using Neenah Crescent Crest 80lb. I find it works well for Alcohol Markers.  To color my images, I will be using Arrtx markers. A affordable brand of Markers that I recently stumbled upon. I color the images from darkest to lightest. I try to stay within the same color "family" , and pick out ay least 3 colors, so I make create cast shadows or shading, and a nice highlight. Onve all images are colored, I can then fussy cut them for the project.  I will be using 2 colored cardstock for the card cover; Hot Pink and Light Pink. I will also be using several dies. You c
